Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation conditions and how to request a cancellation.

Overview
At ULICA, orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, cancellations are subject to strict conditions outlined below.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled ONLY if:
- Cancellation request is raised within 12 hours of placing the order
- AND the order has not been processed or shipped
ULICA reserves the right to decline cancellation requests once order processing has begun.
How to Request Cancellation
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- Order is already shipped
- Order is out for delivery
- Order is delivered
- Order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Eligible cancellations will receive a refund processed to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.
Refund timelines:
- UPI / Wallets: 2–5 business days
- Cards / Net Banking: 5–10 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- Cancellation must be requested before shipment
- Refusal at delivery may result in account restrictions or future order limitations
Important Notice
ULICA reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet policy conditions.
