Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ULICA website, mobile application, or any services provided by ULICA (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ULICA (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform. Your continued use after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform and make purchases. By using our Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under 18, you may use our Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who are responsible for all activities of minors under their supervision.

To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain and update your account; maintain the security of your password; accept responsibility for all activities under your account; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Platform, servers, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Platform without our express written permission
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate intellectual property rights of ULICA or third parties
• Use the Platform for resale, commercial exploitation, or unauthorized business purposes

ULICA sells fashion and lifestyle products through the Platform. We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date, but we do not warrant that they are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in product information and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made at the time of checkout through our authorized payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment provider.

We may refuse or cancel any order at any time, including for: product unavailability or out of stock; errors in pricing or product information; suspected fraudulent activity or payment issues; or violation of these Terms or applicable laws. If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued. See Order Cancellation and Refused Deliveries & RTO below.

ULICA reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order where fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious payment activity is detected. Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, ULICA reserves the right to recover associated losses, including processing fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days, subject to availability and payment verification. Processing may be longer during peak seasons or promotions. Delivery timelines depend on your address and the delivery service. We work with authorized logistics providers; you will receive email and SMS updates including tracking information.

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted. See our Cancellation Policy for the cancellation window and how to request cancellation.

We may cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud). If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer refusal, recipient unavailable, incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to accept delivery, we may deduct forward shipping charges, return charges, and payment processing fees (if applicable). Repeated order refusals or misuse of the return process may result in account restrictions or denial of future orders.

Returns (refunds) are accepted only when the product received is damaged or incorrect (wrong item/size/variant). Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo or video evidence. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, minor color variations, or normal wear or misuse. See our Refund Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to approve or reject return requests after verification. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Return shipping costs may apply except for verified damaged or incorrect products.

All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, images, audio, digital downloads, data, software) is the property of ULICA or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The ULICA name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of ULICA or its affiliates. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Platform without our express written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ULICA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL) RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR INR 1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY RESULTING FROM OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ULICA is not liable for delays, failures, or losses due to events beyond our reasonable control, including logistics disruptions, system failures, payment gateway outages, or force majeure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable consumer laws in India. If any provision is found unenforceable or invalid, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
